What's collected

What you type into the order form (name, company, email, job details and answers), the file links you share, and the emails and files you send. Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and go to Stripe, not to this site.

How it's used

Only to check your files, do your job, invoice you, and answer your questions. Your plans and quotes aren't sold, shared or used for any other job or by any other business. AI software helps with takeoffs and drafting, so files pass through those tools; every number is checked by a person.

Where it's stored

Form answers are delivered to the business email through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Files you link or email are downloaded into private business storage. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and payments are handled by Stripe. Each of those services has its own privacy policy.

How long it's kept

Plans, quote files and working files are deleted 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask. A short job record (intake answers, invoice, date and the 1-page summary delivered) is kept for the business's tax and dispute records.

Cookies and tracking

No advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
