Include your spec sheet with your files if you have one, and fill in what it says below. Write unknown for anything not decided yet. I don't guess: unknowns are marked Low confidence and sent back to you as questions.

Required: plans PDF with all architectural and structural sheets, same revision the quotes used, and your builder spec sheet if you have one. For a review or quote check: every quote as written, including exclusions, terms pages and clarification emails. Optional: truss or panel layouts, engineering letters.

Choose Send me an upload link and I'll email you a link to a private Google Drive folder made just for your order. Drop your files in it, no account needed. Watch for it from hello@secondlookbids.com, usually within one business day.

Emailing them? Send to hello@secondlookbids.com with your project name in the subject, right after you submit this form. Big sets: send a share link instead of attachments.

PDF preferred (vector beats scanned); JPG/PNG, XLSX/CSV, DOCX, ZIP are fine. No DWG, RVT, SKP or other CAD/BIM: export to PDF first.

Name files so so I can tell them apart, e.g. Plans-RevC.pdf, Specs.pdf, Quote-VendorA.pdf.

7. Agreements

I agree to the following and to the Terms and Privacy:

  • I'm allowed to share these quotes and plans for this review. They'll be used only for my job.
  • The review or takeoff is advisory only. It's not engineering or plan review, and it's not a guarantee of any vendor's price, scope or schedule.
  • I make the final bid and purchase decision. I'll verify quantities, scope and price with the vendor and against the current plans before ordering.
  • Second Look Bids LLC's total liability is limited to the fee I paid, and it isn't liable for lost profits, delays or other consequential damages.
  • I agree to the Terms, including the refund/redo policy and how files are kept and deleted.
  • I understand AI software helps with takeoffs and drafting, my files pass through it, and Neal checks every number.
Payment happens later. Submitting this form doesn't charge you. I check your files first. Once they're complete and approved, I email you a Stripe invoice or payment link for your price (card or bank transfer). Work starts when it's paid.
